Varday, from Roto-Rooter, did a fantastic job on fixing a clogged toilet.
He was right on time, wore a mask, shoe covers and gloves which I greatly appreciated. He's obviously very experienced and responsive to questions.
The office staff were kind, courteous and very timely with scheduling.
I had a small problem with some toilet bowl scratches, from the agar tool used to help unclog the toilet, and he came right back out and had it fixed quickly.

I was a customer at K.F.C. in Auburn ca. about 3:00 PM 11/20/2020 noticed the two roto ruter employees working their not wearing face masks very unprofessional, all of the K.F.C. employees were wearing face masks so disappointed to see that during a pandemic.

Roto-Rooter were called out for a leak under the Kitchen sink on a 2 story home. The living space is above the garage is 2 beds and 2 bath rooms with a laundry room upstairs as well. One home owner was in the process of passing in the home, his wife, (88 years old) Signed the contract for the leak under the sink and actually ended up signing a contract to re-plumb the complete home. (Built in 1980 with copper plumbing). In 4 or 5 hours Navo and Sons (DBA Roto Rooter, Idaho Maryland Road office) tore up the home, tore out the sheet rock through-out the house and overhead in the garage and RE-PLUMBED the whole house instead of fixing the leak under the sink at a estimated cost of $14,000. leaving her with a THRASHED out House as By The Way ""They Don't do sheetrock or paint"". One week later her husband died in the home, reducing her income to only Social Security. She now has no food, no propane, a devalued house and a massive lien on her home for a leak under her kitchen sink for the unpaid balance due for a complete re-plumb of the house to fix a leak under the kitchen sink. (She already gave them over $6,000. plus$$ that she doesn't have. Have pictures, wish I could post them here. LONG TIME LOCAL COMPANY WITH NO FAMILY VALUES!! Call ANYONE ELSE. Ask your local hardware or plumbing store for references. Tell Your Parents before more Elder Abuse happens in our area at this professional level. Real Pro's at getting money to pay for their vacations/ second homes nice cars.

We had a leak that flooded our garage; I called on a Sunday afternoon and Pat was at our house within 2 hours. He quickly diagnosed the problem and was able to fix it on the spot. He was courteous and gave us a very fair price. Thanks Pat!

The service is great. I called in the morning due to a septic pump not working. They responded in 3 hours and were on the site. They ordered a pump and returned the next day. They gave me a price on day 1. After a week I again had problems. They responded very quickly and found a loose connection from the power panel. All contacts from them were very friendly and professional
