I have had a few good experiences with Roto Rooter as they recently services my septic tank. They also came out yesterday to see why I have such low water pressure everywhere in my house. His name was Ken, he arrived on time, was very polite and respectful. He was able to quickly identify the problem and was very knowledgeable explaining everything in detail to me. They couldn't fix it yesterday because it's a big job and had to be scheduled. So, they are coming back on Friday and I'm sure looking forward to being able to take a shower even if the sprinklers are on or anything else for that matter.. We def take pressure for granted!!!! I would recommend Ken and Roto Rooter to everyone!!!

I just LOVE and appreciate GREAT customer service. It has sadly become hard to come by these days. After three calls to Cisneros Brother's Plumbing, Roto Rooter came to the rescue. A hot water underground leak was driving me crazy, not to mention seeing my gas and water bill go up.

Ken and Jason were so DARN polite, respectable, professional and friendly. I cannot help but thank their parents AND Roto Rooter for hiring such quality plumbing experts. Topping it off was the follow up call on how the visit/leak detection went.

I SO appreciate all of you. I am truly blessed to be having repair done by not just professionals, but some who appear to live by the Golden Rule. And I am not easily impressed, but boy did these guys impress me with their genuine old school professionalism and kindness. Thank you Roto Rooter. Keep doing what you're doing, because it's more than working. In this day and age, IT IS A BLESSING.

Had a blockage in the sink drain. Guy came out . He was on time friendly and upfront. Cleared blockage in a timely and cost effective manner. Gave me some tips and tricks to avoid further issue. Answered a few questions i had. On a further note ... which i appreciate. NO ""plumbers crack "" was visible. Would definitely recommend!!!..ps i am a repeat customer due to a previous issue in which i had excellent service experience.

Sorry this is late life just got in the way I guess. The Roto-Rooter gentleman who came out to help us with our problem of roots in our pipes was polite, knowledgeable, Pleasant, and had a wonderful sense of humor. It took him two days to complete his task but remained a pleasure to talk with. I will give him an A+ Plus.
