Had a blockage in the sink drain. Guy came out . He was on time friendly and upfront. Cleared blockage in a timely and cost effective manner. Gave me some tips and tricks to avoid further issue. Answered a few questions i had. On a further note ... which i appreciate. NO ""plumbers crack "" was visible. Sorry this is late life just got in the way I guess. The Roto-Rooter gentleman who came out to help us with our problem of roots in our pipes was polite, knowledgeable, Pleasant, and had a wonderful sense of humor. It took him two days to complete his task but remained a pleasure to talk with. I will give him an A+ Plus.

John arrived on site within several minutes of my follow up call. I gave him my backup problem situation and he knew exactly what to do. He went outside to see what he can access to rooter the clog. And determined the best way to do the clean out based on our situation was from the kitchen sink undermount. Job took about an hour or so and unclogged the mess. We are all good now thanks John and thanks roto rooter!

I got a panic call from my mother in law stressing out because her bathtub wouldn't drain and her toilet wouldn't flush. We went over to assess the situation and called Roto-Rooter. Steiler came out and informed me there were two possible scenarios that may cause this. It could either be a full septic tank or a plugged main drain line. The septic had not been pumped for many years so I opted to do that first. It was quite full, but unfortunately did not resolve the problem. Steiler recommended calling a plumber to clear the line or if I would like them to do it he could have Ronnie come out within the hour. I opted for Ronnie and was very pleased I did. Both Steiler and Ronnie were the most pleasant and clean cut gentlemen I could imagine. Believe me, the so-called ""smell good"" plumbers have nothing on these gentlemen! I highly recommend Roto-Rooter in Hesperia, California!

My kitchen sink has drain slow ever since I moved in my house 20 years ago I've had it worked on many times by different companies this time I called Roto-Rooter in Apple Valley John showed up very nice guy did the work and I have to say my kitchen sink has never drained this quickly thank you John will call you guys again if we ever need to.

They guys that came out to re-pipe our main water line were fast and efficient. They came by 8:30am and were done by 3pm. They also cleaned up their mess.

I called this arrogant company and hired them to do 2 septic certs for a sale that is in escrow. They emailed me the paperwork for seller to sign. I call for an update about my certs and the nasty little winch that answers the phone told me that they wouldn't release any info to me w hen I in fact requested them. The stupid hefer was rude and i told her to keep her stupid business that i would never refer anything from them again. Their service is terrible.
