Bryan from the Decatur, Al Roto-Rooter office is an absolute saint! He has bailed us out of septic problems at two of our rental properties on multiple occasions. In the latest incident, one of our properties had a septic drain problem. We had several plumbers and septic tank pumping services out to try to resolve the issue. None of these individuals performed any services that made a difference with the drainage problems. I finally called Roto-Rooter and they sent Bryan out. He took one look and knew exactly what needed to be done. He spent about 30 minutes in the pouring freezing rain with an auger and promptly resolved the issue. After spending over $1,000.00 on various plumbers and septic services over the last two weeks, all it took was a call to Bryan, about 30 minutes of his time, and about $150 for his effort and the problem was quickly resolved. Its not often that I don't have at least something negative to say about a company on yelp. For Bryan and Roto-Rooter there are no negatives. Exceptional work!!
