When I called this morning about our clogged kitchen sink, the operator said they would have someone out within the hour, but it was only about 15 minutes before Bill showed up. He was friendly, polite, tidy (knocked the snow off his boots, laid down newspapers under the pipe, and wiped up the floor), and thorough. He filled up the sink with water to watch it drain after the first round, and worked on it quite a bit longer before he was satisfied with the results.

Total, $150 and under an hour, letting me get on with my day. This service was absolutely worth it, and I highly recommend Roto-Rooter next time you've got a clogged drain!
