Supremely happy with Joseph and his team. They came out quickly and diagnosed my hot water heater that was over 15 years old and had a new one in within a few hours. The price was way better than what we researched and they included coded upgrades that our hot water heater didn't have before. Mr. Joseph talked about how old my pipes were in my house and helped me and my wife make a plan to get them redone in the spring time. I did not know that they did plumbing before this but they definitely were the best plumbing company we have had at our home. Five out of five, glad we found them.

Let me start this review off by saying, I know nothing about plumbing. Last night our faucet in the bathroom started leaking and would not turn off. So this morning I woke up and looked up "Plumbers near me" and Roto-Rooter popped up as one of the best on "Yelp". I called and the lady answered and said they would be to my house by 9:30am same day! They got here at 9:20am, I love a prompt or early appointment. Brian and his partner took off their shoes and put on shoe covers before they came into my house.(I did not even know this was a thing) They both came in and spoke to my daughter and made her feel comfortable with them in our house. They looked at the faucet and knew exactly what was wrong and how to fix it. They left to go and get the part,(they do not charge for driving time) came back and fixed the faucet. Both Brian and his partner were so nice I really enjoyed them and the work they did for me. The leaking has stopped, money saved on the water bill!! I will be calling this company for all of my plumbing needs from now on. You should too, you can thank me later!!!!
