Water/sewer backup issue. I called middle of afternoon & technician was there couple hours later in day & worked until after 10 pm to remedy problem. This was at a rental house I own in Woodbury.
Tyler with Roto Rooter was as professional & informative as anyone I've ever dealt with in all my 73 yrs.
He discovered problem was on the city's end & called them with me on the phone line. He had them out there next morning at 7 am to fix the problem & called me after they finished.
Rental home occupied by ex-Marine vet , wife & baby. They so thankful!

Had a horrible stench in my home. Called Roto-Rooter at 3 in the morning. Seth came by and inspected my plumbing and discovered the issue was something else! This is the second time I have used this company and will not call any one else! Actually worked on my toilet the first time. Extremely pleased with their service and prices. Thank you Roto-Rooter!

The plumber that I used fixed my shower by replacing the valve, handles and spout. I really just needed the valve changed since the diverter wasn't working. So the new spout didn't properly fit as shown in the photo. The panel also was not put back on properly as shown in the photo, and the caulk looked messy. He also took over a month to finish it because he couldn't stick to a scheduled time with my tennant, so he waited until she left town for the weekend. The tub was also stopping up, and he temporarily fixed that. He told me it would be 3400 to fix a broken pipe, but then nevermind it's working for now. I expected the tub to work as well as look decent for $700.

After calling over 20 numbers for plumbers i finally got these folks to pick up their phone. They were here on time, very professional, and did the job quickly. Thanks again for the help.

The plumber was great. It was just getting them there at a reasonable time. Scheduled an early morning time...took a half day off work. No plumber shows up. Call one hour after schedule time to be advised we were bumped due to a 'distress call.' Just telling the customer who tries to preplan was not high on their list. They did agree to come out after hours, but made for a frustrating day.

""Technician"" 2 hours late to my house. When he got here, he shirt tail was hanging out, baggy looking pants, totally unprofessional. He lumbered up to the job I needed to have done, and said that he wouldn't know anything till he got in there. I asked him, ""so you can't give me an estimate?"" he just looks at me a pulls a figure out of his head. I immediately told him I was going to have another company that was out here before and promptly escorted him off my property. UNBELIEVABLE! Totally unprofessional!

I have used Roto Rooter twice for plumbing leaks. They have been punctual, professional, and quick to evaluate and repair my leaks on both occasions. Their pricing is fair and consistent. I would recommend them to anyone needing a plumber.

I'm glad that most people have had a positive experience with this company. However, mine was not as pleasant.

Long story short: They lost my original paperwork. Then the plumber was almost 2 hours late. I called the office twice and was told each time that he was 10 minutes away and would be there.

The plumber never showed and I called the office again and told them to forget it.

The office staff was extremely nice and the lady that I talked to was apologetic and sympathized with me.

I hope they fired that plumber on the spot.

This is my second experience with this Roto Rooter and I am again, very pleased. Professional, friendly, efficient, economical, clean, overall I am very happy with the service I have received. They were out in January to unclog main line and did a great job so I called again in May when my shower/tub faucet began acting up. I definitely recommend this branch of Roto Rooter to others!
