I had an appointment at 12:00 pm for a quote; only a quote. They weren't able to show up after I waited for over 4 hours. I received a call the next day saying they can't arrive until 10 am. This is almost a full days worth of work that would need to be missed for only a quote. Do they imagine we have nothing better to do with our time than to wait around for them to miss appointments?

Called these guys for an outside drain clog. They snaked it for $424 and said it didn't work. Said they would need to charge another $340 to send a camera down the drain to see the problem. They did that and said they could see anything, as in, they had clear visibility. I saw the video. not much more than static. They said the only other choice was to dig up the line and replace up to tyen feet of pipe for $3200. I think I have no confidence in them after the first two attempts. I will say, the folks are very nice, just not helpful as plumbers. I still have a clogged drain.

Roto Rooter pumping is the way to go! Mikey was a great plumber, he got everything we need done in a quick amount of time! He even fixed my dishwasher, along with placing one toilet. He did it with 1 to 2 hours! He did an amazing job, he was quick, careful, and generous. I rely on Roto Rooter they always fix the issues we are having! Always quick to schedule and get everything done and working again. Need a plumber ? Call ROTO ROOTER, ask for Mikey! He's good with his work, careful, and generous.

The service tech was nice. (The job was quoted to be complete in 2 days, by a project manager that after his misquote never showed his face on site). They completed in 6 days. Which left my home with out hot water over a 3 day span. One tech left messes behind in every room that he worked in. They didn't remove the old water heater. My over all experience was a poor one but at least I finally got my house replumbed. If I had to do it again, I would hire a different service 100%. Side note :

I will never use this company again. The guy came and flipprd the switch to my garbage disposal and it was working again. I wa sa then charged 99 dollars for nothing. This is a crap way to run a business. He was here 5 minutes. NEVER USE THESE RIP OFF ARTIST.

Needed drains unclogged and f/u on repair job that I had gotten a quote on ..started calling at 8A , was told I would be called back . Just called them back (after waiting 4 hrs). and after being switched from on person to another , told it would be Wednesday before anyone could come and that was for a """" credit check"""" for the major repair ..Told them I have no toliets , no sinks ..but , still Wed. is the best we can do .. So much for 24 hr. emergency services . Will be looking for a company that does what they advertise ..

They burst my cast iron old sewer pipes running a device thru them. It was not know til months later and cost $300.00 to repair. Hire at your own risk.

I called them about a problem I had with my hot water heater. These guys were super helpful and were able to come by right away. They figured out the problem and fixed it quickly. They charged very fair price. I will definitely keep them in my contacts.
