When my kitchen faucet suddenly stopped working Thursday night we weren't sure if anyone would be able to help us before Monday.

Roto Rooter said they were pretty busy when we called Fri morning, but they worked us in.

The plumber, Don, was so nice. He answered our questions, diagnosed the problem, and installed new hardware all really quickly.

The bill was much less than we expected.

I called roto rooter because my toilet was backing up, i had had another plumber there just a week before that spent 5 minutes and didnt fix the problem and wouldnt come back to fix it when i callled them back. So roto rooter came out and not only fixed the problem but suggested things i could do to prevent it from happening again. He said that with the age of my home and the pipework that i had, clogs and leaks are very common but not inevitable if do a few simple things. I am a customer for life!

I called the local number at around 8:45 am this morning, looking for help with my water heater. Within 40 minutes, I was on my way home to meet the plumber, Don! He was very friendly and very professional. He was able to fix my water heater problem very quickly. I asked him if he cleaned out drains and if I needed to make another appointment for that. He said he had some time then, so he took care of it for me. I was back home within the hour. I think the price was completely reasonable, too. I appreciate their friendliness and efficiency. And thank you, Don, for wiping your feet!!!!
