I call the company directly someone called me in 10 minutes or less and arrived at my home same day in 30 minutes. My pipe was fixed correctly and I'm watering the grass.

Where to start on this? The team they sent are rock stars! They went above and beyond. I had a mess I didn't understand, but they diagnosed and had it taken care of the very next day. Speaking as a single mom, having a part of your home ripped apart can be upsetting and scary to say the least, however these guys eliminated a nasty situation and were very caring in doing so. To say they are ""hardworking and efficient"" doesn't even scratch the surface. They kept me informed every step of the way, were respectful, moved all my stuff (and I have a lot, sorry guys) with care and left NOTHING to be cleaned up. On top of that there were managers stopping by and calling to check in, every time saying, ""If you have any questions or need anything, call any time day or night"".

I am impressed and very much appreciate them and the job they do. The hazards and yuck they have to deal with is something I'd never want to do so mad respect to them. I will not hesitate to call them the next time I have an issue, though I hope it's no time soon (no offense lol). Much customer love to Eric, Anthony, Quinten, Van, Mike and Ant.

Terrible experience they will not talk on phone but people have to come out to talk prices. No masks until I asked. No shoe protectors. Being older another plumber called and spoke to supervisor. Quote was three times higher than others. Said all my pipes were wrong. That they had to cut pipes to get them flat. The supervisor said we shouldn't complain as they didn't do work. Two plumbers said nothing was wrong. I asked roto three times if customer had to sign papers if they do damages they are not responsible. Answer was yes. When I said it was too much they offered a $40 coupon. Then after said a pipe was cracked so it was $65 more. I was told the guys coming out decide prices. Just felt as though they only cared about how much to charge not about customer issues.

We had a toilet installed improperly by another company. Roto-Rooter came out and fixed that. Then their water restoration team came out to dry the flooring. Gage was the person who led that team and he did a great job of keeping us updated on the process. He explained things in a way that made a stressful situation go as smoothly as possible. Another worker from the plumbing team, Adam, made a pair of special trips to remove and then reinstall the toilet. I can't say enough good things. It is refreshing to have confidence that people working on your house care about what they're doing. Greg M.

Our hot water heater started leaking on a Thursday. We called a different plumber and they said they'd be out Friday to take a look. Late Friday they called and said they couldn't make it till Monday. Saturday morning we called Roto-Rooter. They were out that morning and replaced the hot water that day. No extra charge for Saturday. Great job!

We enjoyed our professional services from supervisor Joe Zinski (#1702) today. He helped with our water tank valve and toilet overflow. As well as sanitation and clean up. He has exceptional customer service experience and was completely knowledgeable about everything. He was clear and factual and broke everything down to us in a easy to understand fashion. I appreciate how quickly they came in such a panicky situation. Thank you rotorooter! You guys were the first people I even considered because of your jingle and commercials and everyone always recommends you just as we do now! I will always call rotorooter if we ever need these services again!!!

My sister called them up for my mother and I. They told us they would send someone out during a certain time period. They called back to let us know when someone would be out about an hour later. The person they sent out came exactly when we were told they would. His name was A. J. and he was very friendly and professional. He did a fabulous job. We will be calling them again if we need more work done in the future.

Whenever I call them, they show up and have the issue fixed the same day! Pricing is comparable to other local plumbers that we've used in our other homes and they have never tried to talk me into unnecessary repairs.

We had service 9/6/2014. We called on a Saturday and they said they would be out within an hour. They came out within the hour fully prepared. The guy was informative and took his time fixing our main line. He left us with a root killer supplement and honored our coupon. Couldn't ask for anything more.
