Danielle M.Because of your incompetent/lazy employees....this is what I get to deal with in our home that we've only been living in for 2 years. Upstairs carpet is ruined, I currently have no kitchen floor, and so are the belongings in our basement that it flooded down to! Apparently the experienced plumber (we had to pay out of pocket for) said not only was he blown away by the outrageous price that we had to pay for Roto Rooter, but also they are the cause of all this damage. The TWO men that previously put our toilet back on, never sealed it completely and it's been leaking through to everywhere until it finally came through our ceiling. $1,000 deductible to pay for this shit plus price of a plumber!!! You better believe I am calling tomorrow making sure you pay for this! I don't care how long it takes to get whoever is at the top of this company. I will be letting every page and person I know about this crap ass company!
Doug G.Had a sewage blockage. Called these guys. The person they sent was Tristan i think. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Took care of what we needed, and gave us info of what to do and not do to help prevent a blockage. We were highly impressed with him and this company.
