So apparently 590 is the base price for any rental property because a single family rental family OBVIOUSLY cost more to rod than a single family OWNER occupied home

And for that price only half fixed the problem. If I wanted it totally fixed I'd have to make an additional appointment for an additional charge.

Angen had a bad attitude from the start. Don't think he wanted to take the job. Threatened that the whole basement would flood if he attempted work (spoiler it didn't)

Thanks to the City of Joliet who came next day and put a camera in and said issues were greatly exaggerated and gave me a list of rodders that won't rip me off if I ever need emergency service again.

Eraldi (tech#3963) was great. Very professional, knowledgeable, polite, and explained things clearly throughout the process of clearing our kitchen sink. He was also very creative. After the first two tries with the rooter didn't clear the kitchen sink line, he came up with an alternative approach that worked. I was also impressed with how he was careful not to make a mess and cleaned up everything after he finished.

The men were kind but three hours and the took my toilet off and (left it off) to find a main line block in the pipes. They couldn't get the snake there and quoted me $715.00! Pre printed form I had to sign for them to start! Thank God they couldn't fixit !They charged $50.00 for coming out!
I called R and R Septic and in less then two hours they found and cleared two blocks and put on the toilet they never touched best part they charged
$225.00. Highway Robbery!!!!

We had a nasty complicated blockage in our kitchen drain. I set up an appointment on line on Sunday night for Monday morning. Mike (2722) arrived promptly and solved our problem successfully. He was well prepared well informed and very knowledgeable about our situation. I am very pleased to have my kitchen back in business again.

They did a good job, but charged me $750 labor costs for a 3 hour job, which included 30 minutes going to Home Depot to pick up the hot water heater. Would never use them again!

Worst experience, showed up to the wrong house without a call and marked my issue as complete, after waiting for 4 hours they tried to reschedule me for the fallowing day. Never would dream of using this company again.

Chris #3393 did a great job clearing out our very clogged up kitchen sink and drain. He was polite and explained everything he was doing. Thieves!! Tried to charge us $445 for a $5 part, and that's not even including what they'd tack on in labor for the 10 minute job. And the guy, Justin, was a complete jerk too. They'll rob you blind if given the chance. DON'T GIVE THEM THE CHANCE.

The gentleman name is Pat his number is 1899 he came to my house to install a injector pump he introduced himself very nice very sociable took care of the situation within 30 minutes very clean excellent job what the best part of it all is good knowledge that he had we talked for a while I would recommend pat 1899 to anyone hes the bomb and a scale from 1 to 5 I give him a 6 great job Roto Rooter
