My basment toilet can't flush. Thank you Roto Rooter to help me fix the problem. The float it not working I called local handy man and he want to charge me $1200 for fix the float that not working but i paid roto rooter $420 !!

I can't comment on the quality of their work, because I wasn't able to book a job with Roto-Rooter. I called on a Sunday morning hoping for someone to be able to either come same day or early Monday, but the woman answering the phone sounded completely sloshed. She literally said: ""uh...hullo...um Rooto-Roater...I mean Roto-Rooder"". I said: ""are you hammered?"" And then she hung up.
Pro Tip: don't have inebriated people answering your business phone -- especially before noon!

Our sink backed up - on and off problem - so we called Roto-Rooter and Brandon was here on a Saturday within 45 minutes. Brandon was professional, crazy hardworking, took the time to do it right! Instead of an emergency fix, Brandon FIXED the problem! He also got super dirty and wet doing it (sorry Brandon!). Highly recommend this company!!

Our septic tank stopped working the day after Thanksgiving. I called Roto at 8:00 AM. Tom showed up to my house in Groveland by 9:00. He did an excellent job. Was able to fix the issue in an hour. Excellent service overall!!

Rude ! Discourteous towards surrounding residents ! Drove thru the edge of my neighbors yard and when he had the nerve to say some thing about it the lead guy from Roto Rooter on the job called the sheriff and lied !!!! Then later after the sheriff had left drove thru it again looking my neighbor in the face and chuckling as he did it !! I would not let them scrub my toilet !!!!

Had water backing up flooding my bathroom. Called several other plumbers no one answered. Was a weekend, Called Roto-Rooter and finally got a hold of someone. The person on the phone was nice and took my information and phone number, said he would send someone out right away. NO ONE SHOWED, not even a call back. Called another plumber the next day, they showed up with in the hour. NEVER calling Roto-Rooter Again!

A few days before Christmas, in the mid-afternoon, during a snow day, I got a call from a cabin guest that an exterior pipe was gushing water. I must have called 15 to 20 plumbers and none could help before sundown. Then someone suggested Roto-Rooter, which I wouldn't have thought to do. Thank goodness for owners/brothers Tom and Doug, who tag-teamed a solution by sundown. Guests were happy - indeed it was a trip saver for them. The next day other plumbers started returning my calls, saying they couldn't come. Tom & Doug were fast, courteous and patient with our guests. Doug was a great guy. Managed to find my problem, roll out the snakes and got rid of
all the tree roots blocking the pipes. All in under an hour!! After dealing with the mop up of over 2 inches of standing water, it was a huge relief.
