Called Roto-Rooter first thing in the morning due to shower backing up. They sent someone out very quickly (less than two hours later). We worked with Jason and he went above and beyond to help us. He was very professional and communicative with my husband. He didn't leave until he fixed the issue (roots). If anything comes up again, we will make sure to request him.

I have a small crawl space under my house. Roto Rooter is the only service I have found that's willing to go into such claustrophobic conditions to work on pipes or water damage. Available on weekends and quick in their response. While I hope I don't need them again anytime soon for that type of problem, it's good to know they're out there and will address whatever emergencies that may arise when they arise. A valuable element of my network of tradespeople.

Obviously you don't want to pay a ton of money but we had a backup and desperately needed someone that day. They arrived within 2hrs of calling on a Saturday and had it handled in under an hour. Jason was the techs name and he was great. He even peaked at few other things we might need help on later and gave me some information about when to call and was gracious about it! We have a difficult time finding people who serve our area in Valley Springs but glad to know we Jason around @ Roto to help when we need it.

Jason was seriously a lifesaver. I was on a family trip when we started having major plumbing issues. I was on the verge of having a mental breakdown and was seriously at a loss for what to do. After a few phone calls and desperately trying to get some assistance, Jason was sent out after hours. He was very transparent about the cost and super personable and made this day from hell a bit more tolerable. Jason came exactly when he said he'd be arriving and walked me through everything and explained all that we'd need to get done since it was a bigger problem that couldn't be fixed in one night. He was incredibly professional, kind, caring, and empathetic, which I really truly appreciated and needed in that moment. Went from having a really shitty day (literally) to still having a shitty day, but appreciating the worker (Jason) that was sent out. Seriously made my day. Thank you!

I had an issue with the drains and toilets in my Groveland short term rental property at Pine Mountain Lake in Groveland CA. I reside in Valencia Ca. I was contacted by Jason quickly after the problem occurred. He drove to the property and stayed in constant contact with me while he trouble shot the issue. He gave me constant feedback as to his findings and gave me the cause of the problem and a solution. The system is working now but needs some follow up work. He is putting together a plan of attack and will update me as he progresses. I am e pressed with Jason's follow up and constant communication.
