This company provided me with unquestionably the worst customer service I have ever experienced from any company. They were supposed to show up at my house to unclog my bathtub and between 430 and 8:30 in the evening by 915 they had still not showed up or called. When I called to find out what was going on they said they couldn't have anyone there for at least an hour or more but they weren't sure. So I rescheduled for the morning. They assured me that I would be the first customer service in the morning and gave me a window from 8 AM to 10 AM. At 11 AM I received a call saying the technician would be at my house in one hour. Since I had already left for work, there was nothing I could do. I declined to reschedule with them, because what's the point when they never show up. If I was allowed to give zero stars or actually negative stars I would. You're better off with anyone else!

We had a backed up sewer line in our house and water leaked in our basement so we called roto rooter and they had Aaron come out that day. He was really respectful and did an excellent job. He was really efficient and explained exactly what the problem was right off and what it was going to cost to fix it. He got right to work and snaked the lines quickly. The lines are cleared now and were able to do laundry now without any leaks. Thanks Aaron and thanks roto rooter!
