I called this company to come and snake my kitchen drain. I liked that they had no service fee. In other words, no charge for just coming out and looking at the problem. I didn't like that they wouldn't give me a price over the phone. They said that the plumber would give me an estimate when he showed up. He came and gave me an estimate of close to $300! For a job that should only take about 10 minutes! I felt like I had no choice, as our sink was clogged badly, and liquid plumber didn't even put a dent in it. So, he starts the job, and realizes that his snake machine isn't working. So, he has to drive back to the shop and get another machine. That machine didn't work either. At this point, he tells me that he has to go get yet another machine. I said that I was going to be late for work. He said he might have to do it for free due to all the problems. I say ok. He comes back with the 3rd machine, and snaked the drain in about 10 minutes. Then, he tells me the best he can do is knock $40 off the bill. I still ended up paying over $250 for a job that should have taken 10 minutes, and after he said it would probably cost me nothing. I also ended up being 2 hours late for work.
