$165 for a clogged/slow draining toilet. I'm happy they came out and took care of the problem for me while I was too buys to handle it myself but the service seems expensive for 20 minutes of unguaranteed work. They did communicate well and arrived on time. The technician was professional and courteous. I'd have them come out again if needed.

This man came out, spent 15 minutes, couldn't complete the job and charged $150.00. He had some tips for our problem but that was about all. I know when I had my business and spent less time then expected, then I would charge LESS. $150.00 spent for nothing. We will never call them again.

I've been using plumbers since I'm fixing Homes and then selling them. Roto rooter is a honest with great price and seems to me I found my plumber and suggest to check them out and see how happy you'll be! Honestly I've tried them all marks plumbling was terrible and even worse I called to ask for thr manager and said there isn't anyone and I'll still be charged w hour rate just for them to come and check it out. Again!! Well Now I'm happy with roto rooter and glad I tried it!

The plumber showed up 2 and a half hours late. The dispatcher informed me that even though my appointment time would have given the worker 2 hours before overtime to complete the job, I would have to pay him overtime for any time after the first hour. Thankfully the job took much less than an hour to complete, but it would have been unfair and a display of extremely poor customer service had he been here over an hour and charged over time on the second hour.
