Just received an in house estimate to unclog the master shower. What a joke! $325 just to snake the shower. No wonder they won't give you a estimate over the phone. We're of my time and the employee. Highly recommend you go else where for your plumbing needs. Peace out.

Roto rooter came out to just clear my toilet. I was given a $325 service call estimate. What the hell! There's a $77 coupon on line for drain cleaning. When I told him about the specials plumbers gave on tv, he says good luck with that.
I called Ace Plumbing and had my toilet cleared for $200 less!!

The first guy they sent out wasn't able to do what we needed. The next guy quoted us over twice as much as we normally pay $750, for a $300 or less job (we have to get this done about every 6 weeks). Such an insane rip off! We only called because our normal plumber (who is excellent) was out of the area.

We needed our line checked in our upstairs bathroom as we'd had issues with the toilet overflowing and we needed to know if the issue was the toilet or the line. Jordan was helpful and professional and the whole process took about 5 minutes. We would definitely call them again for any future problems which I hopefully won't have!

0 stars, absolutely the worst experience. I called at 3:00 for an emergency repair. I tell them exactly what they need to bring to repair. I get a two texts on my cell telling me they will be her between 3 and 5. At 5:00 I get another text telling me the tech is on his way and 30 minutes out. At 6:30 after no one shows up and they tell me the tech called me three times. He states no one answered and that my voice mail was full. I checked my call history, no calls, I checked my voice mail, not full. I call back and speak to the manager and he says they called, he doesn't believe me that no one called. Coincidentally I get called from another division that heard the recorded message offering additional services (to his credit he did show up before 5:00, but he fixes the water damage following the repair....how ironic). He had no problem calling showed up at my house was professional and nice. They finally show up at 8:30 with no supplies to fix the repair, only to tell me to turn off my water and they will get me a bid tomorrow. So did they come to tell me I had a leak?!?! Really? Absolutely ridiculous and the manager had no sympathy talking to me and without little if any conversation with his tech in front of me throws out a bid to repair at $500 tomorrow. It was a pinhole leak in 90 degree elbow in a copper pipe. What a joke. I strongly advise you not to call Roto Rooter in any type of emergency.
