Unreliable, unprofessional, over priced, and they do not tell the truth!

I guarantee they will come on here with a reply that is full of lies to try and make themselves look like a reputable company which they are not! Terrible business to deal with! Trust me when I tell you to go with someone else!

Stay away!!!!! I had them out many times recently to fix a flooding floor drain. $7,000 later they left me with...a flooding floor drain.

After dealing with their questionable experience I was going to call a local plumber to actually get the problem fixed. That turned out to be me. After a day me working on trial an error, a simple $25 of high octane drain cleaner for the utility sink p-trap and walla, floor drain works perfectly.

Was not the main drain as they will push on you, just a simple vacuum issue.

Thanks for not doing your job roto rooter.

If I could leave a 0 star review I would. Contacted them last night regarding an issue. It took forever for the person on the phone to schedule. She said there was feedback on her end and she couldn't hear me. Finally got an appointment scheduled for today. 12-2. Was told they would call me 20-30 minutes before arrival. I called at 140pm Jasmine was rude and said he would get there at some point. Tech was running late. She said, ""It's not 2 yet"". Correct it wasn't but it was almost 2 and I had heard nothing. Call back again at 330 and was told that the tech called me at 140. I said no, I called you at 140. Was told he was running late and that we were his next stop. It is now 330 and have heard nothing. Remember, we as customers do not work for you, YOU work for us. If you are running late, a common courtesy is to call your customer and inform them. Not make them sit and wait and then chase you down to find out what is going on. I have now called and canceled the appointment. We will go with someone local. Thank you for wasting my day. You may also want to teach Jasmine some customer service skills as well. She is not very skilled at dealing with customers.

I did have a bit of trouble initially with getting them to come out when scheduled but once they got started they did a great job and were very friendly and professional
I would recommend them to anyone that need waste removal and cleanup.

We called for service on a weekend and our plumber, Roberto, was timely and resolved a tough issue quickly and without all the run around and back and forth we usually get from so called local professionals that either don't show up, mess up the job, do stuff you don't need or simply exaggerate. Quality work without all the yinging and yanging. A Big Plus was that he protected my floors with shoe covers.

My recommendation is to never use this company. We had them out to clear some roots in the pipe going to our septic. The tech cleared the roots at the tank, but never did anything else. When completed he said that the pipe was collapsed. They sent an estimator out who I informed the tech didn't actually send a camera in to know if it was collapsed. Estimator just told me it would be $2500 to excavate and replace the bad section of pipe. After that I spoke to another company who explained they couldn't be certain the pipe was collapsed without viewing it with a camera. Upon them checking, the pipe was not collapsed. Roto rooter of Central MN was going to charge me $2500.00 to replace a pipe that wasn't actually collapsed. Id recommend finding another plumber as these ones seem untrustworthy.

I had them out to my house 2 times within 2 weeks (which I got charged 250 each time) for the same issue and they didn't fix it, they gave me wrong information, and when I requested video they have me lies. I went with another company and they fixed it and haven't had an issue.. I will never be going here again and recommending to my business, friends, and family this other company.. very upsetting.

I called late last night, and a service man came out to fix my bathtub it was clogged. well, he ran into a problem, and another plumber came out.
They fixed d the problem, and didn't overcharge me or anything. We gave 5 small children, so i was freaking out about what the price would be.
i would recommend this company any time to anyone, as well i will call them if i have any other problems. thank you so much for helping me.
