Tech came out yesterday. Charged me $310 to detect leak but admitted he had no idea where leak was but proceeded to give me a 3k estimate. Have a real plumber out today to repair leak that isn't at site of estimate.Fortunately it will cost less to repair.
Katy H.Disappointed in my experience with Roto Rooter of Greenville. My husband and I just moved into our new house and he noticed a potential plumbing problem in our basement, so he called to make an appointment the next morning. We were told a technician would be at our house at around 3:00-3:30 that day. I took off work to be there during that time, and during my drive home I did receive a phone call at 2:45 that the technician was 30-45 minutes away from our house. Unfortunately the technician did not actually arrive until after 5:00. He was polite enough, and was able to diagnose the problem, but told me the total to repair that day would be $90 more since it was """"after hours""""... even though he was about two hours late. Now I have to take time off work again to be there for the problem to actually be fixed. There was no apology or attempt to make things right. Will be going with a different company for sure next time.
Linda W.Disposal repaired November 2018. Timely, courteous, reasonable price, offered helpful advice, above and beyond the call of duty!
After having a HORRIBLE experience with a small business on the weekend. We called Roto-Rooter at 6:30pm on a Sunday night and they not only sent a text 20 minutes before coming but was there by 7:20pm. HIGHLY IMPRESSED with how fast. Stated they could get us taken care of the next morning. Thank you! (Also the text had a picture of the technician and his experience etc. that's nice!)
Bill arrived within 30 minutes of my calling. Once I described the problem, he knew exactly what to do and he completed the job as quickly as he could. I had called 6 other plumbers and this company was the only one to answer or return a phone call. I will use them again.
Adam provided wonderful service. He arrived quick, wore booties, and made sure everything stayed nice and clean. I would recommend Him to anyone.
Mary Isabel H.I am a Realtor with a Buyer doing a VA loan. VA requires a Septic Inspection and I called the local Root-Rooter office. They were extremely efficient and were able to do the inspection the very next day. When I called to let them know the power was out due to Hurricane Irma, they thanked me and said they would send a generator with the team so it could still be done. I am very pleased with how professional and prompt they were. I highly recommend them. Mary H.
Ron D.Joe arrived on time....assessed the problem and went to work. Afterwards he made sure everything was checked, cleaned up, and working properly. Very professional! I would recommend this company to a friend.
Conner T.What a team, when I scheduled an appointment online I was never expecting such professionalism and kindness. Adam S. came out to my house Monday morning and quickly assessed the issue and called a manager Corey L. To come up with a game plan to fix my problem. My sewer line running to the main pipe had been clogged and I rented a drain snake from Home Depot which for stuck in the pipe. The men from roto rooter came up with a plan and put it in motion. Adam was super helpful the whole process and was very kind and understanding. Showed great empathy and really made me feel like I was in good hands. Scott G later came out that day to assist Adam with the camera work and he was also very nice and polite. The next day Adam and another gentleman who's name I never got came and started to dig up my drive way to reach the pipe. Both Adam and the unnamed gentleman explained what they were doing each time I stepped out to take a look and were super polite and kind. They worked hard all day long and that afternoon I could finally take a shower and run my water again. Adam and the man who was helping him deserve a raise and are fantastic employees! Was a pleasure to meet both of them!
Arnold B.I needed a check of my back flow valve for my lawn irrigation system that is required every 5 years by the Greenville Water System. One quick call and I was given a price and a time for the service. A couple of days prior to the visit i received an e-mail with a photo of the service man. He arrived on time and did a quick efficient job. My form was even filled out and returned to the Water System for me. I was very please with the service.
