Had a clogged sewer drain line. They called and let me know when they were coming. Plumber showed up on time. He was friendly, and had us fixed up quickly. Price was not overly high, in line with what I was expecting. Would use them again.

Hired them to come fix an emergency leak so my tenants could have water. Took all evening for something that should have taken less than an hour. Charged me $650. It should have been less than half that. My husband called them and told them they ripped me off. They said they would refund the check if I gave them $350. Gave them $350 cash. Oh, they ""accidentally"" cashed the check. Called and called finally got the check back after 2 months. Meanwhile it is still leaking. I called my normal plumber (who couldn't make it before). he fixed it for $100. I called them and said I wanted my $350 back because it was not fixed. They said they would return it. That was months ago. Calls go unanswered now. I'm out $350 but I used them years ago, had problems then but I thought by now they would have grown as a company. Nope. Will not use again and don't recommend.

Don't even bother using them. They won't show up or even call you to let you know they can't make it.

Get someone else. Paid them $210 to complete a job that was not up to code. When we made them aware of this they said it's not their job to inform clients of things against code, even though they completed the job
