I gave them a 2 star because they had to come out 3 times, and told me the 3rd time that I called that they couldn't keep coming out for free. I asked for the drain from the kitchen/laundry be cleaned out and the one bathroom with a shower and sink drain. Two days after they did it my bathroom sink clogged, we hadn't used the shower at that point. They came back out and this time the younger guy did the cleanout. All he was allowed to do the first time was be a gopher. When he mentioned to the older guy (Dave) about cleaning a vent from the roof he was told that they were doing from under the house today. The 3rd time they came out there was a different guy helping Dave, when I mentioned it I was told the first guy went on vacation, I hope that is true. He seemed to know a bit about his job, and wasn't cutting corners. Dave it seems didn't want to try to open the drain for the shower, and just assumed when he unclogged the sink that it also unclogged the shower as the pipe was connected. So the 3rd time he went up on the roof and went thru the vent. His helper instead of going to the pipe to listen feel the snake going thru listened from ten feet away in the entrance to under the house. I was hoping that I didn't have to do my own plumbing any more??? I live in Clarksville, TN not California

We will not call Roto-Rooter of Clarksville again. They quoted us around $2800 and charged over $4000. The shower was only 5 ft and they charged 3 days labor. The men did not get there until after 10 and left before 3 pm every day. They charged us for all day on a jack hammer and it was only used for 5 mins. They charged us twice for setting the toilet and never completed the job. Pipe and other debris was left in the yard for us to haul off. This was a terrible job that my husband ended up taking off work to complete himself and they are still trying to over charge us. They knocked off a few hundred and acted like that was even. I would never recommend this company and am in the process of filing a formal complaint! Sloppy and overcharge.

We shopped around a few different companies, and they quoted us a price that was 2-3x cheaper than everyone else to clear a main sewer clog. My wife was home when the tech came and she said he was extremely nice and professional. The price was what was advertised and we are very pleased.

We had a major issue with our pipes in the bathroom! We called up roto-rooter plumbers and they had someone out within 2 hours.
