The tech was great . located septic emptied it and also was beyond helpful while at our property. He disavowed another issue and advised the office they had another tech out within a few hours. Again the second tech was great and dealt within the issue .From the initial call to service provided the whole experience was stellar. The office are enthused and you get a sense they all care about the Customer. Cannot recommend enough !!

Shaun D.CROOKS! I hired Roto Router to pump a septic, which they couldn't even locate, left a giant hole in the yard, and charged an old credit card that they had on file from a previous work order without my consent or permission. I would NEVER even consider using these sham artists again.

In the three times I've had to call them in the past two years, someone always came out within a few hours and took care of the problem, including offering additional services at no cost (camera in the main line to make sure all the obstruction was clear) for piece of mind. The workers are friendly too, especially considering what they have to deal with.
