Ben W.I had a similar experience with Roto-Rooter like Rachelle. We had a sewer line back up in our basement so I called Roto-Rooter. I called at 3:15pm and was told the call was in and a technician would be calling me back. I waited an hour with no call so I called back to check. I was told that there was other calls ahead of me and they would get to me. After waiting 3 to 4 hours not getting a call we decided to try snaking it again ourselves. Luckily we got it cleared after an hour or so. I actually thought we would get a call from them by 10:00pm at least telling us that they were booked up all day and could possibly come out the next morning. We didn't hear from Roto Rooter at all. I certainly understand the on call business being a HVAC tech myself and how you can get completely swamped with calls and can't get there that day but a call back would have been better than not at all.
Rachelle S.We had a sewage emergency in our house. I called the number at 3:30pm and was told someone would call within the hour. No one called. I called 5 hours later and told them no one called. Some then called at 10pm and told me that they were unable to come to our house until 4pm on Monday and everyone was in for the night. The website is deceiving. The website says they are available 24/7. I will never call this company again.
