I highly recommend the crew from Johnstown Roto-Rooter. Justin and Derek arrived on time, looked over the issues and informed me of next steps. I was impressed with their knowledge and they way they could explain the situation so that I could understand. Crew is very courteous.

I called to set up appointment to have my drain unclogged yesterday. Receptionist on phone got all my info. Stated someone will call you back within half hour and set up appointment. Never recieved a call. So I called again this morning talk again to different receptionist. She stated oh you have an appointment at 10am this morning. I was happy to hear this. She said someone will call you within one hour of coming to your home. It's now 2:30 still waiting for someone. I now call back and speak to receptionist she knows nothing. I asked to speak to someone who might know what's going on. She transfered me to Manager Robert. Silent as a mouse. He knows not a thing about appointments that he is in charge of. Offered nothing to fix my problem. The whole office needs retrained. Incompetent

We used Roto Rooter at Camtran "" Ebensburg Location and mike did a great job... mike was very knowledgeable on questions we asked and told us what he was doing next took care of our issues we had with our drains and now they work good or I would say even better now... thanks for the great job!!!

I used services of Roto Rooter in Johnstown area for service at 807 4th avenue, Patton,PA16668. This seems like a scam. They don't guide the customer at all. We were told they will do video camera and do pressure cleaning of the drainage. We were charged 479.00 for this job and their recommendation was that based on the findings, problem seems to be with the county broken plumbing pipes going to the main hole from outside our premises. We approached county office and they would like to see the recording to ensure that problem is from their side. Per Roto Rooter, they have not done any recording to share with us or with the county office. I think this is a good rip off scam place, no body should get any service from them. This place should be blacklisted.
Sincerity and reliability are big ingredients in any business to grow.
If option of giving negative review was there, I would have opted for that.
Now we have to use another service for getting video recording and will be given flash drive with recording for a much lesser cost.
Thank you for giving opportunity so that no more people are ripped by providing their scam like services.

Our main drain was clogged and they were able to come the same day. They took care of the clog quickly and explained everything they did. Great customer service, highly recommended.

After two months of waiting for a refund check, that will probably never come, I am very disappointed with how our situation was handled. From start to finish terrible customer service--will never deal with them again.

We had some issues with our basement toilet flushing properly. I had no idea who to call. I remembered I seeing their trucks around where I lived. So I called them. They came out the same day I believe within the same hour. I am the type of person who likes to know what is going on. The person that came answered all of my questions without any hesitation or attitude.
