Roto Rooter arrived to fix a plumbing issue. When I ran the washer, it caused the toilet to overflow and backup into the bathtub. It also caused the kitchen sink to backup. It kept happening and caused a huge mess. We called Roto Rooter several times and they came out and fixed it, only for it to happen all over again a month or 2 later. This last time it happened they came out and left saying that it was fixed, charging $200 in the process. An hour after they left i ran the washer and it happened again. I called them to tell them they had t fixed anything and they said they thought that might happen and said they needed to do $1500 worth of work to fix the problem. A few days later I was cleaning the bathtub from the horrendous mess - again and I noticed some hair in the drain. As I started pulling the hair out I noticed it was a really big clog. I got the scissors and eventually pulled out a ton of hair. It must have been there for several years from the previous tenant bc I had only been living there a couple months. I got all the hair out and poured some Drano down the drain for good measure and would you believe we haven't had a single issue with the plumbing since that. They were so incompetent they couldn't even fix a clogged drain and wanted to charge us over $1500 to fix something that wasn't broken. I definitely suggest you find another plumber anywhere you can!
