We were desperate as our kids were coming home for the weekend. Sink wouldn't drain, but I couldn't use dishwasher, clothes washer, etc. Called RotoRooter and they were very helpful. We would recommend RotoRooter to anyone with a clogged drain. They were quick, friendly, and knowledgeable. Thank you Adrian and Jesus!

Reading the other review, I can't believe they were dealing with the same company I was. TWO other plumbing companies had come to clean out my drain. Both charged me a fair amount of money and NEITHER one fixed the problem. Adrian came out on Saturday, worked with the equipment he had that only partially cleared it out. He came back Monday morning early and using a different set of equipment, took out about 5 pounds of roots. I watched as he used the camera, found the remaining roots, chopped them up with an attachment with a chain and COMPLETELY cleared out the whole pipe all the way to the city sewer. AND his charge was less than the others. Plus, unlike the others he said I didn't need to replace the whole sewer system. I wish I'd called them first. Please call them. You won't be sorry. Having a working sewer line is way under-appreciated by homeowners...until they don't have one! My particular situation had a level of complexity that confounded several plumbing companies that I called for help and I was becoming quite frustrated. When Roto Rooter came to take a look, however, my confidence and trust in the profession was restored. Mr. Rodriguez was undaunted, put forth multiple solution options, giving me a level of sewer line knowledge and understanding I hadn't ever before considered. In the end, they performed a challenging job that included unforeseen difficulties impeccably and on schedule, at a price that was very reasonable. I am grateful to Roto Rooter every time I flush the toilet because my troubles now go down the drain.

Had a clogged main drain line with backed up waste flooding the lower floor of my home. Waste water had flooded several rooms including a bedroom. Called these guys repeatedly, leaving messages because no answers. At 4:30pm, someone answered the phone and told me that they were not working today! They proceeded to suggest I call a 24 hr service like Two Dogs or Chinook. I was very ticked off. I asked the person if they ever read their Yellow Page ad, because they claim they are 24 hour service; ""Emergency Service""! Do not even bother with this firm. They completely fail the National Name of Roto-Rooter. Chinook Plumbing got my business.

Had a backed up septic system on Memorial Day weekend with a house full of guests, including kids. Alex had to drive at least 30 minutes out into our rural area but was there at 830 on this holiday Saturday morning. We quickly discovered that what I had dug out was not the right access point on the septic tank (it was the outlet, not the inlet). He worked like a dog to help find and dig out the inlet access point and by 930am the grease plugging the drain had been cleared. He was pleasant, effective, hard working. And it only cost me $170.
