We had a situation finally reach the point of needing professional assistance today.  The kitchen sink would not drain with any efficiency whatsoever.  Not only was the sink stopped up, but the sink water backed up into one of the bathroom showers!  

A call was made to Roto-Rooter upon recommendation. Not only were we able to get help the same day, we were able to have Jeff be our man!  He was highly recommended by another professional.

Sabrina was able to schedule and get us help a couple of hours out from my call!   There are no words to express the gratitude I had knowing we were going to get immediate help with a disgusting problem that had to be rectified.

Jeff was very professional and very friendly.  He worked steadily, purposed to get the job done.  Although he was willing to answer questions, he didn't stop and chat.  I was impressed with his integrity to get the problem resolved by not dawdling or be pulled off the job.  Still, he remained at ease and completely courteous whenever I needed a question answered.  

Our situation was not a 15-minute, run the big snake down the drain, and the job finished.  Jeff assured me he would get it resolved.  Our job was more challenging than I'm sure Jeff hoped it would be. However, nothing deterred him from steadily doing all that was required to bring the pipes back into working order so that water would freely flow as it should.  To my husband's and my relief ""problem was fixed"" in two hours.  Hallelujah!  

I am more than pleased with the service Roto-Rooter provided through the capable workmanship of Jeff.  He really is the best!

These people are fantastic as long as you don't require a call back----------- ever. Been trying to get them to give me a bid on a directional drill for two years. Told me they would do it and never followed through. How can anyone justify supporting a business that operates like this? Wouldn't give them the sweat off my balls if they were dying of thirst at this point. Sad statement for our world when you can do business like this and not be run out of town.

We had to replace a 50-year old septic tank after purchasing a VERY old home out in the sticks, and I couldn't be more happy with the job that was done! In fact, everyone from the front staff (Gina, Sabrina), to the initial clean out crew Mark and John, down to Joe and the other two guys (whose names I missed) that actually came out to dig up the tank and drop in the new one were 5-Star.

They were punctual, efficient and...funny (yeah, I stood around to watch) as they went about their work answering any questions this city slicker may have had. I knew nothing about septic systems, and now I can converse knowledgeably--albeit without the rural Oregon accent.

Can't say enough about these guys! Thanks so much! And did I say that their prices were very reasonable?

I won't use this company again. We had an appointment to have our septic pumped. We waited all day and they never called and didn't show up. 2 days later the guy showed up but couldn't find the lid to the solid tank. He dug the tank up but still couldn't find the lid(big mess). All the while complaining about all the work he had to do. Very unprofessional.

Doug at Roto Rooter is AMAZING! I called early morning and he returned my call that same day, and went out to fix the problem THAT SAME DAY! He was kind, professional, and QUICK! His prices were fair as he got everything done and working perfectly within the hour that he was there! My husband and I own a small Townhomes Units Complex, and one of my tenants texted me saying his bathtub ""started filling up by itself with Nasty-looking water, and the tub was overflowing...so since the bathroom was upstairs, we were worried! While Doug was there, I got a text from the tenant next door, and she told me that since her tub was not draining, she had been trying to use a plunger to try to plunge the problem...noticed the Roto Rooter truck, and asked if they could come to her place too...Doug took care of both tubs, and was able to remove a HUGE hairball...Yuck, right? He explained that over the years, bits of soap and hair build up and sometimes cause a blockage, and he reassured me that no toy was small enough to had gotten into the pipes to cause the blockage, because I originally thought that one of the kids could had somehow blocked the tub with a toy. Doug explained that when the tenant next door used a plunger on her tub, she had inadvertently pushed the clog down the lines which then caused the nasty water to rise into the next units tub. We all learned a lot and Doug saved the day! Thank-you Doug for doing the difficult job you do with such a positive attitude and helpful spirit! HIGHEST RECOMMENDATIONS! *****5-stars!

Roto does a decent job at what they do. But that does allow an excuse to screw a 14 year old minor on a semi truck that was worth $12,500 and offer him down to $3,850 the reason the minor sold was because an employee of roto was renting space on the truck to the minors uncle for 6 mos then suddenly said the truck has to be gone within the week or it would be towed on the minors expence. Then the employee lines up this sale all of a sudden and the minor had no choice but to sell kinda fishy to me

Our hot water heater began leaking on a friday and we called around for a replacement to be installed. The soonest we could arrange was four days later until I called roto rooter who installed a new heater within four hours of my call. Fast, friendly and competent. For that kind of service I expect to pay more but when I asked for a senior discount as advertised in the phone book and was told that the price quoted on the phone was final but the lady on the phone would check on it. I'll let you know how that turns out.
