I'm really not happy.After paying $225 to have something not fixed, I called my bank and explained that not only was the situation not repaired but that it was now worse and I told the bank I had no problem with paying the base charge of $150 but I would not pay the extra 75. They reversed the $75. Here is the proof that that was reversed but the whole charge was never reversed. Unfortunately I am not being believed and Roto rooter called my boyfriends grandpa who is not the property owner as they state, but actually the husband of one of the property owners. His name is not on the property. my boyfriend should've been called. Or me. As I am the one who paid for it in the first place. Instead two weeks after the service grandpa gets a call. He pays the $225. I want my $150 reversed. They did not do $225 worth of work and have lied constantly about what they did. First it was a 25 foot snake and they couldn't get to our clock. Then I was told it was a 40 foot snake. Now they told grandpa that it was a 70 foot snake. Our house is only 700 ft.² for crying out loud. There's no way 70 feet did not get to the clog. The city was easily able to get to the clog. So Roto Rooter needs to return my $150. NOW. When I called to speak with themand everything I was told that I disputed the whole charge. I did not. I disputed the $75 extra we paid for them to do nothing. Grandpa should've never been called. On a weekend. I'm livid about this. You did not do $225 worth of service at our house. We couldn't live in our house for three days because you guys made it worse. We will be calling the Better Business Bureau and I will be talking to corporate of Roto rooter. This is shady business and it is not OK.

They arrived in less than 2 hours to fix a plumbing emergency affecting 4 businesses in the plaza (on a Saturday night). The problem was fixed quickly and we were not charged an arm and a leg. Thank you!

Cole(?spelling?) at Roto-Rooter was super nice, diligent, and efficient. Had a sink problem since Thursday. I asked the landlord to get it done ASAP, but no one came (today is Saturday). I called them myself, and they had Cole over in less than 1.5 hours. In and out in an hour. Thanks!

Had a clog in a pipe we couldnt get to. Called Roto-rooter. Wow. They had trouble too, but that didnt stop them. The gentleman that came by went under the house, went on the roof, he did what ever he had to do in order to solve our problem. Great job, great price. Thanks so much.

Had a terrible experience with them! We had told them prior to coming out that it had been snaked and that the issue was further down the line but they didn't listen. It took them two days to fix what should have been a simple issue. Maybe it would have been fixed in a timely manner if they had brought the correct basic equipment with them and returned within an hour like they said they would. They left our workplace without a working toilet and didn't bother to tell us that they were leaving or when/if they would be back. We don't appreciate being kept out of the loop and won't use them again.
