They charged 175.00 to fix two toilets that weren't broken. The toilets go slow. And I have to plunge them a lot. I thought maybe I could fix them.
Anyway , they did not quote me before they started. And the toilets still clogged up again today when my fiancé took a deuce. No Bueno.

After reading all of the great reviews, I decided to give them a shot. They provided no window of time, just a date. They called to say a technician was available. I missed the call & immediately called back (within 2 minutes). I got moved to the bottom of the list. When they arrived later in the day they unplugged my drain in less than 15 minutes. The bill was $175. It was on a weekday during daytime business hours, not some after hours job. The tech said ""The owner was trying to see how early in the year he could clear a million dollars"".

Very professional and made scheduling service easy via the website, received text day of service with a pic of technician and planned arrival time. Our tech Dallas did a great job and was super friendly, will definitely be using Roto-Rooter again!!

Having a property that has four buildings with plumbing on a ranch we have seen our share of plumbers over forty one years and the excellence by Roto-Rooter was five star! The plumber they sent was very professional, fast, neat and seemed very trustworthy. They easily have us for a long term customer. Very happy in Wagoner OK. I called RR this morning for a leaking shower and they sent Rodney out right away. He took his time to find the root of the problem and explained it to us in a way that even these first time homeowners understood. He made great recommendations and was very courteous. He definitely eased the stress of the situation!

For us the 'R' in Roto-Rooter stands for 'Ron'... We switched to Roto-Rooter several years ago, and Ron was assigned to us. We are old and our house is old - most technicians would run .... Ron has continued to run 'to us' whenever we call, and that relationship is priceless. Wish we had a better review to leave, however unfortunately, we scheduled an appt with Roto-Rooter a week in advance, on a Friday afternoon to ENSURE we could move out of our temporary housing we had been living in for 3 months following a sewer backup/disaster that led to our home having to be gutted and remodeled. At 4:15pm on Friday afternoon, after taking off the entire afternoon to ensure he could be present, my husband called the technician for an ETA. He was then told ""we attempted to call you multiple times, however no one answered and will therefore not be able to come out until Monday of next week.""
We had no missed calls, no voicemails, and no emails.....they were also unable to prove the ""calls"". We were then told ""we can come out tonight, however you will have to pay double the fee for our night service.""
So much for planning a weekend of moving without running water.
Note to self, we will never again use Roto-Rooter, neither will any of our friends/family/or my husbands business partners....here's to lessons learned for not using a local, loyal plumber.

Roto-Rooter must have a lot of employees because they are able to come pretty quick when you have an emergency. That is not always the case with other plumbing companies. I don't know how they pull it off but they do.

Fast dependable service. I had a technician at my house with in 2 hours of calling for an appointment. Sent a test message with the Technicians information and picture to my phone. I thought that was nice. Oh and they got the issue repaired.

My kitchen sink got backed up and i could seem to fix it, i called Roto-Rooter, mainly because of their commercials and asked them to take a look at it. They had a guy come out to look at it and give me a quote. It was a lot cheaper than i thought it would be so i had them go ahead and fix it. It's been a little over a month and its still working fine.
