Richard P.A week ago Motts Plumbing, local rep for RotoRooter, tried to clear my basement drain and got their hose stuck in my drain. Workers tried hard and seem like great guys. However, I've yet to be contacted by John Mott or anyone else in his organization to try to work out a fix for this problem of their making. If you are experiencing drain issues, run from this company, who is happy to receive inflated fees if they are able to clear a drain, but want to run away from problems they create.
