If I could give this place a zero star I would. I Called for service because our sewer lines were running slow on December 19, 2019. They came and snaked what I thought was the complete lines outside charged their fee of $245 and left. 8 days later I had a sewage back up in my basement. It was a weekend and we called their emergency service and were told they would be out soon, waited all night and no one showed up until the next day. The technician was rude and recharged us another $245 for the service which if I was home he never would have been paid again. When they can came the first time they never snaked the lines from the house to the outside trap they only snaked the trap to the main sewer line!! I've called twice to the main office now to see about getting our money back and keep getting told I will get a call back. No call back surprise surprise!! When asked if they guarantee there service for a certain after service for a period I got a vague all over the place answer. The last technician to come made sure to check not guaranteed box at the bottom of the invoice which wasn't checked on the original service just to be rotten I believe. If it was our fault like my child stuck something down the drain I would expect to pay again. However the only clog found was toilet paper which was I. The part of the line they never cleaned and should have!! Stay away from them their customer service is horrible and they don't know what they are doing and since they don't guarantee service you have no protection should they mess up which in my case they did!!
