We called to have them come because our septic was backing up, but we just had it drained a year ago. They said they would call us when they were on their way. As they were getting close to our house, on that call the first thing they asked was: Can you pay me? My husband told him to get here, do the job and then think about payment. That should have been a red flag. He looked through the septic and told us the pipe from the house to the septic was broken. He cleaned out the pipe so that the water would run and he was done! Said he didn't repair pipes (which is part of the septic repair) and would give us the name of someone when he returned to his office. He wanted $400 because he used a camera in the pipes. He never called us back with a referral and there was no answer when my husband called him numerous times. STAY AWAY!
