Excellent job! Noticed some back up sewer water into my tub and called ASAP! Alex (technician #200) showed up and took his time to assess the problem and educate me on the pipes and how to help alleviate this issue in the future. He snakes my outside line then took his time to have me turn on all water supply and flush all toilets to ensure everything works. All the still water moved relieving my stress a million! Thanks a lot Alex!!!! Great job!!!

Kenny G was very helpful. He came shortly after us calling and solved our no water issue. He explained the problem and what needed to be fixed. He was upfront about fees and we knew what to expect at the end. After working on several burst pipes in the freezing cold we got water and he told us what we could do to prevent this from ever happening again. Thank you Kenny G.
