I would not recommend. Had a tub that would not drain. Was told $65 plus tax to look at it. Between $100 and $200 and service fee would be included in. Plummer came out, and told me $423 plus the $65. To snake the tub. Way to much then I was planning on paying. I still had to pay the service fee to come out. If they had told me in would be that much I never would have had them come out. Now I'm out $70.
Roter Rooter Poughkeepsi/Coloni are deceptive when you ask for initial information. I would not use their services or ever call them again.

Don't waste your money or time on this company. Hired them to unclog a toilet and line. Charged me $458. Five minutes after they left i check the toilet and its still not flushing. Called them back and was told would return. 4 days later i called the office and explained the situation again and was told a manager or owner would call me back. Of coarse they never called back. It cost me another $250 to hire a legitimate company who took care of the problem . BE AWARE

In a nut shell - reliable yes , knowledgeable absolutely, but their pricing is absolutely outrageous! We had them for an estimate on a laundry drain pipe that was backing up because the pipe needed to be extended and just snake the drain- we were talking over $500!!! With labor and pvc pipes lol i said to myself these people are crazy- i ended up in home depot and for $25 resolved my own issues

Service 12/23 - Bret was excellent - he did a great job diagnosing the problem in our pipes and figuring out how best to fix it. The fix required going up into a tight attic and he was great about it - cant say enough about the customer service he exhibited. We definitely recommend services and would use Roto Rooter in the future.

Good customer service, but the plumber that came three times still could not unclog my drain and every time he came he wanted to charge me again for another failed attempt. The manager is nice guy but his workers couldn't care less about fixing the problem. All they want is to charge you as they work on commission. In this area call M&O plumbing, they came out and fixed my drain first try and removed huge clog. Roto rooter plumber was miserable and had a terrible attitude. Don't do it people, call your local plumber.
