Don't waste your money on any local plumber if you have pipe clogs. We occasionally have to have our sewer pipe cleared. Roto-Rooter might seem like they charge a little more, but we made the mistake of calling a local plumber and spending 1000.00 and STILL had continuous problems because they unclogged the pipe but didn't use a blade (just a spring). We had caked on soap in the line and although the plumber unclogged the pipe, the deposits were still in the pipe and it backed up two additional times. Finally called Roto-rooter and we feel very confident that the issue is resolved for now. Eric showed us our drainage issues and recommended future maintenance. He was forthright with the costs and he was very professional and fast. We will NEVER waste our time and money using any other company for our drain problems. I definitely recommend this company!

The price was high, however, we were happy with the service. We had called Roto-Rooter due to a clog and back up into our basement. We were told a tech would be at our home within the hour and they were. Tim (#3745) was the tech who arrived within the hour. He was very professional and communicated with us as to what he was going to do to fix the clog and backup. Tim fixed the clog and made various suggestions regarding our septic and the clean up of our basement. We would recommend Roto-Rooter to friends and family.

My younger brother got a cat and throw the cat litter in the toilet each day for almost two months for convenience. Then tragedy happened. I first hired a handyman to do the job in order to save the money. However, the drain only good for one week and clogged again. Then I found Roto-Rooter on the yelp. The technician Steve came and did the great job! He solved the problem which bothered me for almost two weeks. I have to say, we do need professional to solve the problem and Roto-Rooter is a very professional company with well-trained and experienced technicians. They are pretty reliable. If any plumbing issues happened later, I definitely go with them.
