We had Eric out here twice in 2 weeks. Both our wall heaters were having pilot issues. Both times he fixed the problem without difficulty. He was friendly and professional, knew what he was doing and resolved our problem both times. The company is reliable, minimal delays and friendly. They were able to come out when I needed them even in the winter. I would highly recommend them.

Watch out for these people. They are as close to robbery as it can get. Make sure you get a written quote (not that will stop them from over charging) and then compare with other plumbers. I've been in the trades for over 40 yrs.
and these people are why tradesmen get a bad rep.

Cartwrights will charge you $189 labor for 10 mins of work and you will supply the parts for them. Called the manager to talk to him and he said that the tech undercharged me for the tech install a thermostat, two wires and I helped him and supplied the thermostat. I also asked the manager about the $39 on the bill that said ""other"" he said it was for parts but I supplied the thermostat. The bill breakdown, $189 for labor, $39 for ""other,"" $85 to drive to my house and $26.21 tax, equals $339. 27 for 10 mins of work. A total rip off! I do not recommend.

Although Cartwright's says they serve Las Vegas in local yellow pages ads, when I called in need of help with low water pressure on the line to my dishwasher, Cartwright's didn't bother to return my call. Later I got a plumber in town who found the problem and fixed it within an hour. There was sediment in the line, as it turned out. If you live in Las Vegas, don't depend on Cartwright's being responsive to your problem.

The Cartwright's crew was awesome. They responded as quickly as they could during the first winter storm of the season. They fixed our problem right away!

We had a small issue with our boiler system that needed attention before serious cold weather arrived. We had another company come out and did a little work but needed more parts, after 4 weeks we didn't think that they were coming back.
Called another well-known plumbing outfit in Santa Fe and scheduled the work. The day before the appointment they called and rescheduled for the following day. They called again and said that they couldn't make that day either and then scheduled us for two weeks later.
I called Cartwrights at 4:30PM and was scheduled for the following morning between 7:30 and 9:30. WOW, the following morning we got a
call shortly after 8:00 that the tech was on his way.
Paul arrived about 30 minutes later and swiftly diagnosed the problem and started to work. Paul needed a part and drove into the supply shop and returned with needed parts to complete the job.
Job completed to our satisfaction. Thanks Cartwrights, thanks Paul.

THE WORST!!! DO NOT USE THEM. ONE STAR IS ONE TOO MANY.
Said they would check if our air conditioning unit was under warranty and get back to us. We had Airbnb guests arriving and did not want workers at our house during their stay. The technician ordered parts, disturbed our renters and did work ALL WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION. Accounting called to demand over $2000.00 for a past due invoice we never received for work we never authorized.

They were originally going to be here from 9 to 10. They asked to come early at 8:40. Showed up at 11:30. Ok no biggie. They showed up at my door and I asked them to wear masks. 1 had a masks in the truck and the other wrapped a shop towel around his nose. Rather than turning off the water before disconnecting the water heater, they just did it. Water blasted everywhere!!! They are literally destroying my furniture as I write this... you guys suck! Thank god I moved my birds from a far away water blasting range!!! I have also asked them 3 times to put their masks back on. Are you fucking kidding me!?! So mad. Worst service ever.
