Their team arrived during the agreed time frame to fix a leak in the line coming out of our water heater. In less than a half hour they fixed it. The price was fair and the plumber Arthur was thorough and professional. Ill definitely call this firm again.

We called this business to inspect sewer lines for a house we want to buy. They quoted around $250. The day they were scheduled to come, they didn't show and didn't call. We had to call in to the office who told us the worker was out on an emergency. After more calls, they finally rescheduled. They told my husband they were at the house, but when our realtor stopped by to meet them, no one was there. However the office insisted the plumber was there. We were told the report would be sent later that night. It wasn't. My husband had to call several more times to receive the report, which was a single sentence and no photos or proof they had even done an inspection. The invoice was for $433 (!). After yet another phone call, it was reduced to $290. This was a disappointing experience and I don't think we will call this business again if we ever need a plumber.

I called Anytime Plumbing in the morning and explained my issues with my water heater . They had someone call me back and set an appointment same day and they were on time . Roger Duran was the Technician who did all the work and was very professional and knowledgable of exactly what the problem was and what needed to be done . He did everything rapidly and professionally . The only issue I have is that they charge $125 per hour that doesn't include parts . That's kind of steep for a water heater repair .
I also was immediately asked to provide payment and that the invoice would be emailed . Two days later and I yet to receive and invoice and my $400 check has already been processed . No breakdown of parts cost + labor cost . It would be a better practice to allow customers to review the bill/invoice prior to payment . Now what ? If I disagree what I was charged time wise , I've got to eat it . Poor practice !!!!!'
The work done I would rate a 5 by Roger . The business aspect I would rate 2 !

I first used Anytime in 2014 to fix a leak based on a friend's recommendation, then I subsquently had them to install a water heater that i purchased elsewhere. They of course tried to upsell me on paying them to drain and clean my radiant heating lines. I declined but everything went fine with the install which is the only reason I'm giving 2 stars. I then had two separate instances of leaks where it took a long time to get someone to come out causing damage to flooring and a ceiling. Then the techs who came out were inappropriate, took a long time to complete the jobs, and then offered to do work off the clock and not on Anytimes bill. Won't use them again.

My regular plumber recommended Santa Fe Anytime Plumbing for a plumbing problem that was affecting the whole house (nothing was draining). Two technicians were able to come out the same day, for which I was very grateful, and they were able to identify and fix the problem (thankfully just a clog, not tree roots) in a couple of hours. Considering that they required specialized equipment and a camera to do the work, I think their charges were fair. The techs were very nice as well and showed us what was going on with the camera. I hope I don't need this type of help again, but if I do, I'll call them for sure. Readers: note that Anytime Plumbing must be a nationwide business. Not all reviewers are in the same location.

if you want them to do work for you you'd better get a second mortgage on your home to pay the bill. Work on my home was done via cell phone and while installing a pipe the worker apologized for bending the pipe and had to go back to the supplier for a new one. (time was on my dime)
After the work was completed worker said he would be back to make sure gauges read at the correct psi. No one ever returned. Lousy service, big payoff for Anytime Plumbing.

We had a pesky leak under the kitchen sink which couldn't be put off any longer and finally made the call to have a plumber come out and fix it. Kim worked us into their schedule and Rick showed up between the time frame given and made the repair in rapid time! The office staff and technicians are very friendly and professional plus their prices are reasonable... 2 Thumbs Up!!

Tim is extremely dishonest! He charged me for 12.25 hours of work when the crew did not do over 7 hours of work. His crew cut my power line and he charged me $185 per hour for the 3.5 hours that his two guys just sat there. When I spoke with him on this matter, he said""someone has to pay for the lost time."" Please look elsewhere for an honest business that takes responsibility for their mistake and that doesn't take advantage of women.

It took 5 days to get an appointment, my pipe was leaking, they were an hour late and called and cancelled. Very unprofessional, didn't offer to come at all after waiting all that time......I would not recommend at all

I am so impressed with these guys. From the answering service, to the repair guys to the clean up crew. I actually believed that hadn't even been there because it was so clean and put back together by the time I got home. They had to break a wall, remove a cabinet and large microwave, redo wall, and any further cleaning up. They were professional, polite, eficent and great at their jobs. I would recommend them to anyone for anything!!!!!
