I first used Anytime in 2014 to fix a leak based on a friend's recommendation, then I subsquently had them to install a water heater that i purchased elsewhere. They of course tried to upsell me on paying them to drain and clean my radiant heating lines. I declined but everything went fine with the install which is the only reason I'm giving 2 stars. I then had two separate instances of leaks where it took a long time to get someone to come out causing damage to flooring and a ceiling. Then the techs who came out were inappropriate, took a long time to complete the jobs, and then offered to do work off the clock and not on Anytimes bill. Won't use them again.

My regular plumber recommended Santa Fe Anytime Plumbing for a plumbing problem that was affecting the whole house (nothing was draining). Two technicians were able to come out the same day, for which I was very grateful, and they were able to identify and fix the problem (thankfully just a clog, not tree roots) in a couple of hours. Considering that they required specialized equipment and a camera to do the work, I think their charges were fair. The techs were very nice as well and showed us what was going on with the camera. I hope I don't need this type of help again, but if I do, I'll call them for sure. Readers: note that Anytime Plumbing must be a nationwide business. Not all reviewers are in the same location.

if you want them to do work for you you'd better get a second mortgage on your home to pay the bill. Work on my home was done via cell phone and while installing a pipe the worker apologized for bending the pipe and had to go back to the supplier for a new one. (time was on my dime)
After the work was completed worker said he would be back to make sure gauges read at the correct psi. No one ever returned. Lousy service, big payoff for Anytime Plumbing.

We had a pesky leak under the kitchen sink which couldn't be put off any longer and finally made the call to have a plumber come out and fix it. Kim worked us into their schedule and Rick showed up between the time frame given and made the repair in rapid time! The office staff and technicians are very friendly and professional plus their prices are reasonable... 2 Thumbs Up!!

Tim is extremely dishonest! He charged me for 12.25 hours of work when the crew did not do over 7 hours of work. His crew cut my power line and he charged me $185 per hour for the 3.5 hours that his two guys just sat there. When I spoke with him on this matter, he said""someone has to pay for the lost time."" Please look elsewhere for an honest business that takes responsibility for their mistake and that doesn't take advantage of women.

It took 5 days to get an appointment, my pipe was leaking, they were an hour late and called and cancelled. Very unprofessional, didn't offer to come at all after waiting all that time......I would not recommend at all

I am so impressed with these guys. From the answering service, to the repair guys to the clean up crew. I actually believed that hadn't even been there because it was so clean and put back together by the time I got home. They had to break a wall, remove a cabinet and large microwave, redo wall, and any further cleaning up. They were professional, polite, eficent and great at their jobs. I would recommend them to anyone for anything!!!!!

UNPROFESSIONAL BUSINESS!!! I had a leak coming from my bathroom sink. Anytime Plumbing and Sewer sent someone out who just tightened some piping underneath the sink and recommended that it be changed. When we turned on the faucet, the sink immediately started leaking again. I called Anytime Plumbing and the plumber was supposed to return my call which he never did. I had to get another plumber come to repair the sink. It was not the piping that Anytime Plumbing said was the problem. It was a leak coming from the supply hose. I talked with TIM the owner. He said if I could prove another plumber had to repair the problem he would waive the costs. I sent him the invoice and the home depot receipt for the new faucet and supply lines. Well I get a bill today charging me for a work that was not even provided!!! TIM did not Waive the costs for a job that was not provided like he promised. DO NOT CALL THIS PLUMBING SERVICE, THEY DO NOT FIX THE PROBLEM AND WILL STILL BILL YOU.

WARNING!!! This company will rip you off!! They charged me a ridiculous amount of money on a water heater and did not send a detailed invoice and expected me to pay $1800!!! Then when I asked for the detailed invoice all the sudden the owner was ""going over it again"" and decided to discount the labor!! This is after he charged my credit card and threatened to have the police come and take ""his water heater"" out of my condo and flood my place. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE

Tim saved me from Cartwright's Plumbing, and I'm so glad he did. Our main water line to our house from the street blew up and Any Time Plumbing fixed the issue at a reasonable price and in a good time frame.

All Tim's workers were polite, helpful, considerate and hard-working. They had to dig a trench for the new pipe by hand, but did so without destroying my yard. They offer a one-year warranty on parts and labor, which is great. Tim worked with us on the cost and made sure we knew why he was doing everything he did. He saved a portion of the old pipe to show us how degraded it was, which helped us swallow a large but necessary home expense. No issues, smooth job, and nice guys. Highly recommended.
