HORRIBLE! 24/7 service?? What a joke that is! My basement was flooding from main line clog I called "" after hours"" this company put me in-touch with who- ever it was on call 1/27/21 . Moreover, the gentleman calls me I tell him what the problem is and his response"" oh well you'll have to call back "" I said I thought your services were 24 hours? As it clearly shows on- line... he says umm no they are not . Ok so you are telling me you are NOT in-fact 24 hrs and the Info stating this on your company website is not accurate? He says yes I am telling you we are not 24 hrs. Unless you have an emergency . I guess a main line rupture flooding ones basement does not classify as an emergency?? i am quite curious what does! Common sense knowledge knows sewer water flooding your home is a dangerous contaminate and despite that i have small children! Your employee ON CALL could give a sh-t less!

Conclusively..ROTOR ROOTER., either your employee is not doing his job or you are false advertising! I personally think its the lateral!

I called and they came as scheduled. The guy said my septic tank was clogged and needed to be pumped. Of course that was not the case but the main from my house was blocked as I told the guy to begin with, SO after another 24 hours of not using water thanks to Roto Rooter. My problem was solved be his competitor. I will never call this company again.

You can always count on franchises being ridiculously priced and they were no exception. We had a clogged bathtub drain and 5 minutes of snaking costed us $288 . I feel like I'm the one who got snaked, right in the rear. Never again will I use Roto Rooter.

Had a major issue with blockage in a warehouse. Another plumber came twice and could not fix it... should have gone with Roto Rooter first. They came with three men and 8 hours later the drains were clear. They knew what they were doing and had the right tools. Professional and with a smile. Very happy and would certainly recommend and use again!

we had an issue at our house with our pipes backing up into our downstairs shower. We called Roto Rooter for the job at 9 pm Thursday night, made us wait until 9 am the next morning before coming. we were charged $300 to snake the pipes, done in 10 minutes and left. We had to call on Sunday night because the same issue was happening and basically told there was no warranty for the job because of a crack cap outside. NOT even 3 days and back up again. WHAT A RIP OFF! WILL NEVER EVER USE YOU AGAIN AND DO NOT RECOMMEND YOUR SERVICE TO ANYONE. BEWARE OF THIS SERVICE THEY ARE RIP OFFS!!!!

I hope I'm leaving this for the right location. We had an emergency over the weekend where we couldn't flush our toilets and our bathtub wouldn't go down. On Sunday night at 11 o clock we made an appointment online to have someone come out the next morning. A wonderful gentleman named joe came out and fixed it! Great customer service and joe was wonderful!
