We called out Roto-rooter late this past Saturday afternoon because of a drain backup and clog in our basement shower. Roto-rooter came out promptly on Saturday evening with a plumber's snake, and partially cleared up the drain clog. They came out again early Sunday morning in the rain and found that the issue was two leaks, one in our garden and one by the back fence (when the fence contractor installed our back fence this summer, his workmen had put a hole in our drainage pipe, which is what was causing all the trouble). Roto-rooter came out yet again on Monday morning and spent three hours installing a new pipe to our municipal sewer. They did all this for the original estimated cost. The Roto-rooter workmen were prompt, efficient, and professional. We cannot thank them enough.
