Robyn E.Requested service 11/6/23. Kitchen sink, dishwasher not draining. Technician responded and after 15 min of work, stated it was all clear. Pd 140. 2 weeks later, same issue with kitchen sink/dishwasher. Contact was made with same technician. He stated we would have to pay him again if he came out... stating ... ""we had plugged it again and we were liable to pay n him again.
WRONG! 1. We have put nothing down that sink than water.
2. He refused to come today (Friday) and would come only on Monday.
3. This guy is incompetent as well as needing training in business ethics.
Needless to say... I highly recommend DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY. Very rude . Horrible
