As far as clearing out the roots in our pipes, they did a great job. I have no complaints there. However, as the serviceman (Wes) made his way to the room where he had to work, he broke a part of my computer keyboard rendering it useless. I was at work at the time, and my room mates let him in. After finding the broken piece, I brought it up with the owner. The owner called Serviceman Wes and asked him if he broke my keyboard. Of course, he said, ""No, it must have been one of his room mates."" So of course, I was not reimbursed. The owner said, ""Well I've been in this business for (so and so) many years and I've never heard of anyone breaking a computer part before."" Just because you haven't experienced it before doesn't mean it can't happen. I have no doubt that it was an accident and that Serviceman Wes didn't even know that he did it, but there was no other explanation. We have a quiet household and my room mates have no reason to walk by my computer. I was very upset with this business's lack of responsibility. When we hired this company, it was with the understanding that our personal property would be safe in their working presence. This company blatantly refused to take responsibility for their employees actions and I feel potential clients need to know that.
