Hired this company to fix a slow draining urinal at my business. Technician came, moved clog farther down the line (making urinal unusable) and reconnected p-trap incorrectly, causing it to leak all over bathroom floor. Had to hire 3rd party to fix the issues who verified the technician's mistakes. Company sent me an invoice for $100 and still expects me to pay even after I informed them of the situation. Discovered that, with these old houses (over 100 years old) have old sewer pipes that cannot handle the amount of toilet paper we normally use these days. That is the reason we had a lot of clogged pipes. Poop has nothing to do with it, as Roto Rooter claimed so our management company could charge us as renters. Now, as recommended from friends back East, I throw most of my used urine toilet paper in a sealed trash bin. Haven't had a backup/clog since. Roto Rooter wasn't smart enough to figure that out. Will never use them again!
