710 S.Kitchen sick is clogged, these guys had availability so scheduled, called to verify and took time off work, they no showed and didn't answer calls in regards. Now off to schedule another flakey plumber who is weeeks out.

Rod J.Called their ""Emergency Call"" line and asked if I could have someone come out. It was 6:00 this evening. The person was very gruff and abrupt and said ""nah, not today, I sent my guy home"". Well, with two non-functioning toilets and a backed up bathtub I would say these guys will never get my business or a good referral!
