We had a hot water issue at home and our pilot light wouldn't stay up lit up .
we called this company and they replaced the hotwater burner in the attic and charged us more than 900 dollars .
I wanted to get an itemized bill for the parts replaced to file for my home insurance and I havent received it for the last 6 months . I called the company multiple time without help. I hope Mr Shane would check in to it and do the needful.

Came out quickly when called. Left a ridiculous mess behind, but I could have lived with that as most plumbers don't clean the mess left behind. They charged $285 to remove 2 toilets and snake out my line which I was fine with. Two days later toilets & sinks were backing up again. Came out and charged another $185 saying it was a different problem. It's not a different problem. All of my toilets and sinks are slow draining still. I called the office and was told again that the second time was a different problem. Again, no it wasn't and I'll have to pay a second plumber to come fix what Roto Rooter charged me twice to only half way fix. I'll be using a different plumber from now on.

My reason are because my plumber was 25 minutes late, he started at 9:25am and finished at 10:59am that comes to about 1 hr and 39 minutes, that the time to go to the hardware store and get what he had to get, and they charged me for 2 hours , that SERIOUSLY dont add up nor sound right so I will not be continuing me services any longer, thanks but no thanks

This is my second time using Roto Rooter for plumbing issues. The first experience was awesome. They arrived when they said they would and fixed my problem immediately. Dylan troubleshooted another issue I was having that had to wait for a later date as he didn't have the proper tools with him, but knew what was needed.

The later date was when I needed a hot water heated installed and the installation person was just as great as the first. It is August in Louisiana and the attic where the install was to take place was HOT. Amedo, did a spectacular job and worked quickly (likely because he didn't want to be up there, I honestly felt bad for him).

The communication and scheduling however, was absolutely atrocious Amedo was not able to fix the pre discussed problem as he did not have the correct tools (which was a concern that I expressed to the office upon scheduling). I called on a Saturday and they assured me that they would have someone out on Monday. So I took off work and stayed home. No call. No service. So at 4:00 PM I call them to ask when I can expect someone, and they say they would call to reschedule for the next day. They call back saying it will be Wednesday ""the first call between 8 and 9 am"" (I would have been fine if they said Wednesday to begin with, just don't make me take off work extra). Wednesday comes, 9 am comes and I call to ask for an update. Its been pushed back to 9:30 as there was another job ahead of me, which again is okay, just please don't tell me one thing and deliver another. This scheduling made it more difficult for Amedo as well as the later in the day he was scheduled, the hotter the attic got. The install was great, but again the second issue I had has still not been resolved as the office did such a poor job of scheduling or even communicating. I will think twice before scheduling with Roto Rooter again, just because of the lack of communication and the disregard for the issues expressed upon scheduling.

Wow. Water heater emergency ended up being a great experience. Darius and Jacob arrived on time, removed my old WH and replaced with new one in less than 2 hours. They were neat, clean and respectful of my property and cleaned up after the job was complete. And they smiled the whole time. Its nice to have a disaster turn into a good experience. Thanks Roto Rooter.
PS I called or emailed 5 plumbers. Roto Rooter called back in a very short period and was out on my job with a hour! That's service!

I would give them 100 stars if I could. The owner is a honest man who puts his customers first even when its not easy. My parents are moving and they had an issue at the house they are selling. This owner bent over backwards to fix the issue knowing that the house was closing in 2 weeks. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for taking care of your customers like they were family. Great quality work, working to fix the true issue, honest workmanship.
