You don't really think about plumbing till it goes out. They had a very quick response. When the Roto-Rooter guys were packing their tools up to leave after completing the job, I went outside and sang Hallelujah, Hallelujah, Thank you. It was a true relief to have functioning plumbing again.

Had an issue at our new house. The Roto-Rooter guys showed up within an hour and a half and saved the day. We've had no issues since. The price was reasonable and response time was more than reasonable. Would use again!

We've been having drainage problems for 3 days, good thing we still have a camper in the driveway. Called these folks this morning at 8:45 and by 11:00 a tech showed up. 20 minutes after showing up, problem was resolved, water flowing freely. Awesome customer service.

We called Roto Rooter out to help fix a small leak in our kitchen faucet. They sent soemone out, and he ended up charging us about $700 for a couple of hours of work. We did get a new faucet . . . unfortunately, it was leaking again in less than a week. When we called, the same plumber informed us that this work was not guaranteed, but there would be a second charge to fix the ""old plumbing"". When we got a plumber from an independent company, he said that all of the fixtures had not been tightened properly and fixed everything for less than one-third of what RR charged.

I can't say that I will ever use this company again. They do not guarantee their work and they obviously do not know what they are doing.

These guys were awesome! Came in after I mistakenly called their competitors who had a similar name and screwed my plumbing up. Shane swept in, fixed the problem and in under 20 mins as well. Top notch!!

After a week of dealing with other plumbing services (Sam Taylor Plumbing was the WORST of all) I finally found these guys on yelp and let me tell you, THEY WERE INCREDIBLE and an answer to prayer! They came out Saturday morning and were VERY reasonably priced (especially with not having a huge budget to fix my plumbing crisis and it now being the WEEKEND) they took my call early (around 8 am) -they were super friendly- got my information and said they would call back, with the week being full of people giving me the run around I expected to wait on them for an hour or more but was pleasantly surprised when I received a call not even 30 minutes later to tell me some one was IN ROUTE already!! They gave me the technicians information and a pretty clear estimate of what I should be expecting. Aside from the two people I talked to on the phone that were super friendly and very knowledgeable, the technicians were also INCREDIBLE!!
The Technicians arrived before the estimated 30 minutes!! They were so friendly, also very knowledgeable and had everything done in no time!! I can't rave enough about the service provided by this company!!
Honestly don't hesitate or look any further, just CALL THEM!!!

Had a leaking valve on a water heater which was flooding the side yard. Received a call at 8 a.m. saying that the technician would be here at 9 a.m. When no-one arrived by 11 a.m. I called to see when they would be arriving. I explained that I had an appointment to go to and would have to reschedule if he was not coming soon. They told me he was on his way and would be here in 15 minutes. He finally showed up a little before noon. The problem was a nut needed to be tightened so he was here all of five minutes. The appointment I was unable to make cost $80 because I was a no show and he charged me $145.

Call and gave specific instructions of where leak was outside. Plumber showed up late and went inside without permission and pulled out dishwasher and carved hole in Sheetrock then put Dishwasher back in incorrectly such that water did not get to it and did not discover or fix problem - BECAUSE IT WAS OUTSIDE! Had to pay $350 to another plumber to discover and fix problem. Got bill from Roto-Rooter for over $350 for doing nothing we asked them to do! Would never use them again and suggest you don't either. If I could give them a negative star I would.

We had a horrible drainage issue and the technician came quickly and had it fixed for a very reasonable price. I would definitely use them again!
