A L.Terrible customer service, called in the morning about an issue asking for help, they said they would be able to help. (The issue would take no more than 20 minutes tops to fix...I just can't do it myself.) Had things had I to do today and waited around all day without hearing from anyone. The couple times I called to ask, being very polite, they acted annoyed with me and basically told me they didn't know anything or if someone would even get to me. Its now late in the evening and have no idea what to do. Thanks for leaving me hanging on a Saturday...my money will be spent with another business because you guys act like you could care less. Thanks for making me feel like I was an irritating inconvenience.
