I had a pipe bust under my house so I called a scheduled an appointment with Roto-Rooter. The receptionist that I spoke with on the phone told me that they could be out sometime the next day. When I asked if I could get a more specific time frame she initially said sometime in the morning. After explaining to her that I work 12 hours a day and need a two or three hour time frame in which they would be out, I was told that the plumber would be out between 10am and noon. I waited until noon the next day and called trying to get ahold of the plumber. At 12:30 I finally reached the receptionist and she informed me that he was probably just running late and that she could not get ahold of him. After rescheduling for the next day with the same time frame the plumber showed up at 12:15. He was a nice enough guy apologizing for the inconvenience. He spent around two hours under the house fixing the issue. Even with all of the issues I was just happy to get the problem fixed and was planning on leaving it at that. However, nine days later the ""fix"" preformed turned into one of the fittings that the plumber replaced popping off in the middle of the night and flooding my entire crawl space. They showed up a few hours after I called them and fixed the pipe again. I plan on calling any other plumber if I ever have plumbing issues again.

Called on a Monday to make an appointment for Wednesday. The lady I talked to was very rude and short with me. I was told I could not make an appointment and she was only taking emergency calls. The hole time sounding impatient and keeps trying to cut me off and end the conversation. I called back on Wednesday morning. Again she was very rude and short with me. I was told they were all booked up. I asked how is that possible and she said you can make appointments during business hours. I told her that's not what she told me on Monday, and instead of apologizing or saying anything else all she did was repeat I don't take reservations after hours. That is not what she told me Monday. Called Thomas independent plumbing and they are much nicer and pleasant to talk to.

Awesome job! They came when they said they would and resolved a plug in a main line quickly. Vince ( I think that was his name ) is very skilled!
