Terrible customer service. I called to schedule an appointment. The rep asked if I wanted someone to come out today. I said yes. My scheduled time was between 3-6 pm.

Around 4 pm someone called and said they are running behind schedule but will try to get someone out to my home. I said thanks.

Later a woman called who seemed stressed and had a sharp tone in her voice. She asked for details of my problem. When I told her I did not have an emergency situation like a back-up she said well we don't have any plumbers working right now for this type of issue. I need to reschedule you. I didn't appreciate her tone. It was as if I was the problem they couldn't get to me today. I rescheduled for two days later. My window started at 1 pm.

My appointment day comes here and it's now 2 pm. I haven't spoken to anyone in two days so I call and got the rudest man ever. He seemed even more worked-up and overwhelmed like lady from the other day. I said I'm calling to confirm my appointment for today. He looks up the appointment and says yes, we have you on the schedule. I will have the technician call you. Here is where it got bad. I simply asked can you tell me what my window timeframe is. He YELLS I'm filling in for yadda yadda ya and basically said this isn't his normal job somebody will call you. I was shocked. I yelled back you didn't have to say it like that and hung up the phone.

Needless to say no one called or showed up. I do not recommend this company until customer service is improved.
