Had roto rooter come to our home to look at sink drain that was clogged. Before he did anything he said it would be 489 dollars. I said no way!!!! We called Waynes Drains They came and snaked the drain and was done in one hour form start to finish. Don't be fooled by these people. they are rip off artist!!!!!

Not remotely on time. The price quote on a small plumbing job was $450 a local plumber did for $150. They are a total rip off.

On Thursday night, we came home to find our sewer pipe backed up into the downstairs bathtub and toilet. We called Roto Rooter North Shore and they were able to come that evening to try to fix the issue. After an initial issue with the appointment, the technician arrived at 8:30PM and worked diligently until almost midnight to clean out our pipe and to assess what it needed. He realized that we needed to have a more thorough cleaning, so another appointment was scheduled for Friday AM. A different technician arrived on-time and knew what needed to be done. He quickly performed the service and used his camera to reassess the problem. He advised that we may be able to use a different approach to solving the issue that would be cheaper then a full repair. Both technicians were extremely professional and treated our house with respect. We will continue to use this company, even if further repairs are needed. I would recommend Roto-Rooter for any plumbing needs.
