We were suppose to get a call for a time frame on Monday and did not hear from them, so I called and asked why didn't we get a call back, they said they didn't have no one to come...so no courtesy call! They came to my house for 15 mins!! Charged me $172 dollars to say they can't fix my plumbing issue without cutting out a hole in our wall!! They didn't even try to snake into the pipes or anything, you would think they could have at least tried to do something
JAMI H.i was told there would be someone at my house by 2, they didn't show up till 7pm - they were there for 10 minutes they told me, they didn't any supplies, so they couldn't fix anything, how do you come to someones house to fix a leaking pipe and not have any supplies. If they were concerned, there is a Lowe's right around the corner from me, I'm sure they have the supplies there. do not call this company it is a waste of time.
